General Hotel Policy
  • • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • • Valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory at check-in.
  • • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • • All guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. Children must be accompanied by adults.
  • • Outside food and alcohol are not allowed unless approved by management.
  • • Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
  • • Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted.
Booking & Payment Policy
  • • Rooms are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full or partial advance payment.
  • • We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • • Group bookings and event bookings may require an advance of 50–100%.
  • • Rates may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date.
  • • Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to 1-night retention charges.
  • • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • • For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Event Booking Terms (Weddings, Banquets, Conferences)
  • • Event booking is confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment.
  • • Final guest list, menu, and decor preferences must be confirmed at least 5 days before the event.
  • • Any damages to hotel property during events will be charged to the client.
  • • Event time limits must be strictly followed as per the package.
  • • Cancellation for events is non-refundable if done within 15 days of the event date.
Parking Policy
  • • Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests.
  • • The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in the premises.
Code of Conduct
  • • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.
  • • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to hotel property.
  • • Loud music and parties are not allowed in rooms unless pre-approved by management.
  • • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or cancel bookings for guests violating hotel policies.
Privacy & Security
  • • All guest data is handled securely and confidentially.
  • • CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for your safety.
  • • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items unless stored in the hotel-provided lockers.
Events & Group Bookings
  • • Banquet, garden, poolside events must be booked in advance.
  • • An event contract will be shared separately outlining food, decor, time limits, and noise regulations.
  • • Full or partial advance payment is required for group or wedding bookings.
Guest Responsibility & Security
  • • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • • Safety lockers are provided in rooms. The hotel will not be liable for any loss or theft.
  • • Guests must maintain proper behavior and avoid any nuisance or illegal activity.
  • • The hotel reserves the right to deny entry or evict guests involved in misconduct.
Modifications & Policy Updates
  • • Hotel Imperial Prime reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
